Unity Gardens, a real greenhouse at Legion Square

In game6 screenshots

A walk-in greenhouse now stands in the middle of Legion Square (the green pin on the map, or type /garden for the GPS). Talk to the gardener inside to buy a plant, give it a name, and it gets its own pot. Everyone who walks through sees every plant, its name and its owner.

Grow it into real money

  • Six plants, from a $600 cactus to a $5,000 bonsai. Each one grows to many times its price: a $1,000 monstera can become $8,500, and a $3,000 orchid $16,500
  • First get it ready: plant it, trim it and water it (three short mini-games)
  • Then water, trim and feed it every day. Do all three and your streak goes up
  • Miss one and everyone can see it: the plant droops, goes brown or pale, and its name tag says so. Leave it alone for about a week and it dies
  • Its value grows over weeks of daily care, most of it in the last weeks. Sell it to the gardener whenever you like, at today's value

The board outside shows the most valuable plants in the greenhouse, and who grew them. You can grow up to 3 plants at once, and buy extra spots.

Los Santos Customs, rebuilt

Drive your car or bike into Los Santos Customs (Burton or LSIA) and type /tune. The new Vehicle Studio puts everything in one place, and you build your whole look before you pay a cent.

Line up a whole build

  • Pick as many changes as you like: each one goes into Your build with its price
  • Press Review build, check the total, and pay once for everything
  • Hold C (or Compare) any time to see your car as it is now

What you can change

  • Paint: six finishes (Classic, Metallic, Pearl, Matte, Metals, Chrome), 68 colours, or mix any colour you like
  • Neon underglow: each side on or off, any colour, and Steady, Pulse, Flash or Colour cycle
  • Headlights: xenon lights in 13 colours
  • Wheels: every rim style, custom tyres with raised white letters, and tyre smoke in any colour
  • Stance: ride height, camber and wheel width, front and back (a bike gets the ride height)
  • Extras and roof liveries: the parts your car can switch on or off, and designs on the roof
  • Personal plate: up to 8 letters and numbers on your own plate
  • Plus everything the shop already had: performance, body parts, interior parts, engine bay, tint, plate style and horns

Works for bikes too.

See it before you buy it

Every option now shows on your vehicle the moment you pick it.

  • The camera moves to the part you're changing: the wheels, the front, the back, the inside or the top
  • Headlights and neon: the lights come on and the shop goes dark so you see the real colour (press Night to switch back to day)
  • Tyre smoke: pick a colour and the back wheels puff it out, like a burnout. Show the smoke plays it again
  • Horns: pick one and you hear it
  • Ride height and stance: the car sits lower or higher as you drag the slider
  • Engine bay and trunk parts: the hood or the trunk opens so you can see what you're fitting
  • Performance parts: engine, brakes, transmission, suspension, armour and turbo don't change the look, so you get bars that show your level now and the level in your build

The Decal Studio - paint your own decals

In the Vehicle Studio, open Body > Decal studio and paint your own designs from scratch.

  • Tools: brush, eraser, line, box, circle, fill, text in six fonts, any colour, opacity, up to 8 layers, undo and redo
  • Symmetry for the hood, roof and trunk, and a button that copies one side to the other
  • It knows your vehicle. Every car and bike gets its own panels, found on the vehicle itself: a car's sides run along the body between the wheels, up to the windows. The hood, roof and trunk are the body between the windows. A bike gets its fairing and tank. What you paint on the studio's lit part is exactly where it goes on your vehicle
  • You see your design on your vehicle right away. Buy it with the rest of your build: $2,500 a panel

Checked before others see it

Every new design is checked by URP Assistant first. Anything it isn't sure about waits for a staff member. Slurs, hate symbols, sexual drawings, real people's details and adverts are refused, and a refused design disappears for everyone.

Home designer, improved (/decorate)

  • Shop and In this house tabs: the pieces you placed and the ones that came with the house are now in one list (take out, put back, select)
  • A category grid with counts, Placed lately (your last 5 pieces) and sorting by cheapest, priciest or A to Z
  • Each picture shows its price, and pieces that can sit on tables say so
  • The piece you select shows what it cost, what you get back, how high it sits and which way it faces. Turns snap to 0, 90, 180 or 270, and Floor drops it onto whatever is under it
  • The reason a piece can't go somewhere is shown in the placing bar, in green or red

Map

  • Unity Gardens has its own green pin at Legion Square, and it also covers the bike dealer there, so the square is less cluttered
  • Pizza Stacks shows its own icon and its own name in the map key ("Pizza Stacks community hub")
  • The Pizza Boy job has a scooter icon
