Delete your account.
For game accounts made on the server, on PC or through the URP SAMP Mobile Launcher.
How to ask
- Join our Discord.
- Open a support ticket and say "Delete my account".
- Give your character name. Staff check it's yours (for example by asking you to log in, or from the Discord account linked to it).
We delete it within 30 days and tell you in the ticket when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, password hash, e-mail, character, money, items and property.
- Your Discord link and the mobile launcher's favourites check.
What we keep
- Ban records (name, IP address, client serial and the reason), for as long as the ban lasts. This stops banned players making new accounts.
- Game logs that other players' reports or appeals still need, for up to 90 days.
The mobile launcher
Uninstall it. Everything it stored on your phone goes with it. The game files you loaded into it are removed too.
