Get the game
You need GTA San Andreas for PC. Any copy you own works. The open.mp launcher can set up the right version for you.

Get a client
We run on open.mp, so both clients connect. If you're new, take the open.mp launcher.

Connect
Add the address below, or search the server list for "Unity Roleplay".

Make your character
Pick a real-sounding name in the form First_Last, like John_Carter. This is who you are in the city.

Start at Unity Station
You start in Los Santos. The tutorial walks you through the basics.

Earn your first money
Pick up a job and get your first paycheck. Trucking, taxi and material runs are good places to start.

Find your people
Crews recruit new players all the time. The police and medics hire too.
Stuck? Type /help for the help menu, or /newb to ask helpers and other players.
Is it free?
Yes. Playing costs nothing. The store sells Unity Coins if you want to support the server, but you never need them to play.
I've never roleplayed. Is that a problem?
No. Play your character like a real person would and you'll pick up the rest. Helpers answer /newb questions, and new players have protection for their first hour.
Can I play on my phone?
Not yet. For now Unity Roleplay is PC only.
I played on another server. Can I bring my progress?
Often, yes. Type /transfer in game to start one. Staff check every transfer.
Something went wrong. Who do I tell?
In game, use /report and a staff member will pick it up. Out of game, open a ticket on Discord.
